Teachers who are not trained cannot provide quality education. We believe that they need our ongoing support and professional development. We believe by doing so they will share their knowledge with their students.

At INEDEM, we have set up a 5 year plan to  establish a Professional Development Centre for teachers. The course will cover teaching techniques, practices and resources. It will encourage peer-to-peer learning and allow teachers to fit study around existing school commitments. The course will be taught once a fortnight over 42 weeks. To increase the flexibility of the course the teachers will be given up to one year to complete the course.

On completion of the training course, participants will receive a certificate in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for Teachers.
