WHO WE ARE

Inspire. Educate. Empower. (INEDEM) is a non-profit organisation based in Sierra Leone. INEDEM was established in 2011 to support children and youth in Sierra Leone through education and leadership initiatives. Our programming and activities are designed to help them reach their goals and fulfil their highest potential.

We have a team of advocates across the globe who are strong believers in the ability of our young people to succeed.

Our vision and values are based on sessions listening to children and youth (particularly those in the greatest need), our supporters, and volunteers.

• We believe that children and youth can effect change in their communities through intentional commitment and access to necessary resources.

• We believe in fostering community engagement to increase the social supports that are integral to their growth and wellbeing​.
